Inside Sales Representative

One-to-One Service.com seeks an Inside Sales Representative for our core iService CRM application. Candidates with B2B sales experience and in-depth knowledge of the software industry are required. Career path for this position leads to an outside sales representative position within 18-24 months.

This Champaign, IL based full-time position requires excellent written and oral communications, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include helping to build and manage customer relations as follows:

• Researching customer requests using Internet based tools and resources
• Coordinating and tracking customer deliveries
• Maintaining customer profiles within our iService CRM system
• Conducting online demonstrations of our iService product
• Expeditiously handling customer and prospect needs
• Maintaining information in our Customer Relationship Management system
• Providing product and services recommendations
• Producing quality status reports
• Calling customers regarding promotions and contract renewals
